청소년 보호 정책

👥 연령 제한
DDoVerse 및 AfterBurned는 만 14세 이상의 사용자를 대상으로 합니다.
- 만 14세 미만의 아동은 서비스에 가입할 수 없습니다
- 만 14세 미만으로 확인된 계정은 즉시 비활성화됩니다
- 연령 허위 기재 시 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있으며, 이에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다
미성년자 결제 제한
미성년자의 건전한 서비스 이용을 위해 다음과 같은 결제 제한을 적용합니다:
- 만 19세 미만의 미성년자는 소각(Burn) 기능을 포함한 유료 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다
- 미성년자의 유료 결제는 법정대리인의 동의가 필요합니다
- 법정대리인의 동의 없이 이루어진 결제는 취소 가능합니다
- 결제 취소 요청은 아래 이메일로 접수해 주세요
⚠ 유해 콘텐츠 차단
청소년에게 유해한 콘텐츠를 차단하기 위해 다음 조치를 시행합니다:
- 청소년 유해 콘텐츠(폭력, 음란, 도박 등) 게시 금지
- 사용자 신고 시스템을 통한 유해 콘텐츠 신속 차단
- 정기적인 콘텐츠 모니터링 실시
- 유해 콘텐츠 게시자에 대한 즉각적인 제재 조치
보호자 안내
보호자께서는 자녀의 안전한 서비스 이용을 위해 다음 사항을 참고해 주세요:
- 자녀의 앱 사용 내역을 정기적으로 확인해 주세요
- 기기의 결제 제한 설정을 활용하세요 (iOS: 스크린 타임 > 콘텐츠 및 개인 정보 보호 제한 / Android: Google Play > 인증 설정)
- 자녀에게 개인정보를 온라인에 공유하지 않도록 안내해 주세요
- 부적절한 콘텐츠를 발견하면 앱 내 신고 기능을 활용해 주세요

👥 Age Restrictions
DDoVerse and AfterBurned are intended for users aged 14 and above.
- Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to register for the service
- Accounts identified as belonging to users under 14 will be immediately deactivated
- Providing false age information may result in service restrictions, and the user bears full responsibility
Minor Payment Restrictions
To ensure responsible service usage by minors, the following payment restrictions apply:
- Users under the age of 19 are prohibited from using paid services, including the Burn feature
- Paid transactions by minors require legal guardian consent
- Payments made without guardian consent are eligible for cancellation
- To request a payment cancellation, please contact us via the email below
⚠ Harmful Content Blocking
We enforce the following measures to block content harmful to minors:
- Content harmful to youth (violence, obscenity, gambling, etc.) is prohibited
- Rapid blocking of harmful content through our user report system
- Regular content monitoring is conducted
- Immediate sanctions against users who post harmful content
Guidance for Parents
Parents and guardians, please note the following for your child's safe service usage:
- Regularly review your child's app usage
- Utilize payment restriction settings on your device (iOS: Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions / Android: Google Play > Authentication Settings)
- Advise your child not to share personal information online
- Use the in-app report feature if you discover inappropriate content

- 19歳未満の未成年者は、焼却（Burn）機能を含む有料サービスを利用できません
- 未成年者の有料決済には法定代理人の同意が必要です
- 法定代理人の同意なく行われた決済はキャンセル可能です
- 決済キャンセルのご依頼は以下のメールにてお受けします
⚠ 有害コンテンツのブロック
青少年に有害なコンテンツをブロックするため、以下の措置を実施しています：
- 青少年有害コンテンツ（暴力、わいせつ、ギャンブル等）の投稿禁止
- ユーザー報告システムによる有害コンテンツの迅速なブロック
- 定期的なコンテンツモニタリングの実施
- 有害コンテンツ投稿者への即時制裁措置

お子様の安全なサービス利用のため、以下をご参考ください：
- お子様のアプリ使用状況を定期的にご確認ください
- デバイスの決済制限設定をご活用ください（iOS: スクリーンタイム > コンテンツとプライバシーの制限 / Android: Google Play > 認証設定）
- お子様に個人情報をオンラインで共有しないようお伝えください
- 不適切なコンテンツを発見した場合は、アプリ内の報告機能をご利用ください
